Are your parts genuine Gema parts?
No. Every part we sell is an aftermarket (non-OEM) replacement, produced to the original Gema dimensions. It fits and works in the listed equipment, but it is not manufactured or supplied by Gema.
How do I know a part will fit my gun?
Send us your gun or injector model (for example Gema PG1, EI 2 or EI05-V) together with the part number. We confirm the match before we quote, so you do not order the wrong part.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no hard minimum for most items. Small trial batches are welcome if you want to test a part before ordering volume.
What is the lead time?
Most fast-moving parts are in stock and ship in 1-3 days for small and medium orders. Larger or made-to-order quantities are confirmed at quotation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer (best for larger B2B orders) and Paypal (handy for samples and small orders). Western Union is also accepted. We issue a proforma invoice before payment.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship by express courier, air and sea freight depending on weight and urgency. Tell us your destination and we will quote FOB or CIF and provide tracking.
What is the difference between a sleeve nut and an insert sleeve nut?
They are the same component under two common names. For example Gema 405248 is listed as both “sleeve nut” and “insert sleeve nut” in parts documentation.
Can you supply parts not listed on the website?
Usually yes. If you have a Gema part number that is not shown here, send it over and we will check availability and price for you.
